About Jonathan Luong

Jonathan Luong is currently the account business executive at Launchpad a cloud technology company and Salesforce.com solutions vendor, serving public and non-profit sectors, specifically Workforce, Economic & Community Development. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2012 majoring in Sociology and Applied Psychology. He has had great experience involved in research within the psychology and sociology department focusing on juvenile and social justice. Jonathan has also worked as a Customer Care Manager for a health and nutritional company here in Newport Beach, California. Jonathan has a passion on actively learning and adapting to new environments and loves to help anyone and everyone become more successful. He was born with congenital Glaucoma and can see about 5%. He travels on a daily basis to work and visit Launchpad clients throughout the country with his service dog Zoey. From his experience utilizing government resources such as the Department of Rehabilitation and American Job Centers during his youth. Working alongside Launchpad to provide optimal resources to help the future prosper throughout the workforce industry is an amazing accomplishment.
