ABOUT JONATHAN LORENZEN

Partner in the San Diego office of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. My practice focuses on real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial and industrial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. With regard to acquisitions and dispositions, I represent both buyers and sellers by preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related agreements necessary to sucessfully close transactions. For leasing, I represent both landlords and tenants by drafting and negotiating lease agreements and amendments, and related items such as broker agreements, easements, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, letters of intent and estoppel certificates. Representative projects include mixed-use redevelopments, high-rise commercial buildings, industrial parks and various classes of retail shopping centers located throughout the United States. Such matters have required my management and coordination of real estate development teams on behalf of clients, which responsibilities entail close involvement with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
