Recruiting process management - Manage the full hiring cycle, including to creating job description, Posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews- Review CV & conduct initial interviews to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications- Collaborate with the manager to understand the team\'s needs and the requirements for open positions- Conduct in-depth interviews, skills test & personality assessments to ensure corporate work cultures fit for candidates. Recruitment strategy - Develop and implement strategies to find effective candidates through social media such as instagram, linkedin, HRIS and job fair- Buiild & maintain relationshop with educational institutions & other external resources to access the best talent pool. Onboarding boat - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including initial orientation & administration setup. Recruitment Reporting & Analysis - Collects, analyzes and makes report on recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, & candidates quality. Cross-Department Collaboration - Collaborate with various departments to ensure the recruitment process aligns with company needs
