I am a corporate lawyer, providing strategic, corporate and commercial advice to growing entrepreneurial businesses and investors. I advise on investments for private equity/venture capital/angel investors, as well as investee companies and management teams. I also act on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance and compliance issues.I am recommended in the Legal 500 for both Venture Capital and M&A.
