ABOUT JONATHAN LECLAIR

Après avoir terminé ses études en ingénierie mécanique à l\'École de technologie supérieure, Jonathan a occupé le poste d\'analyste d\'affaires en innovation chez Groupe Canam. C\'est dans ce rôle qu\'il a été en mesure de cibler et d\'exécuter des projets d\'innovation au sein de l\'entreprise.Par la suite, Jonathan a été en mesure de se distinguer au sein de l\'organisation et s\'est vue offrir le rôle de chargé de projet au sein de l\'équipe d\'actifs manufacturiers (CAPEX). C\'est dans ce poste qu\'il a été en mesure de gérer des projets d\'ampleur au sein du Groupe.Il a continué à s\'investir au niveau académique tout en performant au sein de l\'organisation en s\'inscrivant à la Maîtrise en gestion de l\'ingénierie à l\'Université de Sherbrooke. C\'est pendant cette même formation que Jonathan a réalisé la certification du PMP, en partenariat avec le PMI.Jonathan développe une pratique diversifiée en gestion de projet dans le secteur manufacturier et se spécialise dans la gestion interdisciplinaire. Son approche est humaine, rigoureuse et orientée vers les résultats-After obtaining a Mechanical Engineering Degree from École de technologie supérieure, Jonathan held the position of Business Innovation Analyst within the Canam Group. It was in this role that he was able to identify and execute innovation projects within the company.Subsequently, Jonathan was able to distinguish himself within the organization and was offered the role of Project Manager within the Asset Management Team (CAPEX). It was in this position that he was able to manage and carry out large-scale projects within the Group.He continued to invest in his academic pursuits while performing within the organization by enrolling in the Master\'s in Engineering Management Program at Université de Sherbrooke. It was during this same program that Jonathan obtained his PMP Certification, in partnership with the PMI.Jonathan has developed a diversified practice in project management in the manufacturing sector and specializes in interdisciplinary management. His approach is human-centered, rigorous, and results-oriented.
