   I focus my practice on public debt offerings, private placement transactions, and other business and finance transactions, particularly related to the healthcare and senior living industries. I have served as bond counsel or underwriter\'s cousnel in the issuance of more than $25 billion in public bonds to finance or refinance hospitals, healthcare facilities, senior living facilities and other infrastructure projects. These transactions involved the use of fixed rate, multi-modal bonds and derivative products. I also represents borrowers and underwriters in connection with public offerings and private placements of tax-exempt and taxable bonds for 501(c)(3) transactions. Additionally, I am adept at advising clients facing work-out and restructuring situations. I have advised clients on federal income tax matters with respect to tax-exempt bonds, corporate and securities laws, and fiduciary obligations of officers and directors of non-profit corporations.I view my practice as facilitating the desires of my clients. I seek to find practical solutions to difficult legal problems. I am client focused and I am available to my clients at all times.
