Appointed Chief Executive of Stonewater in June 2025, I’m proud to lead one of the UK’s largest social housing providers—delivering safe, affordable, and high-quality homes for more than customers. With over two decades of sector experience, I’ve worked at the heart of Stonewater’s growth and transformation since its formation—having first joined Raglan Housing in 2005. Prior to becoming CEO, I led Stonewater’s development and growth strategy, securing landmark funding and leading major M&A activity. I also served as interim Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility for our customer services and operations. I’m passionate about sustainability, customer impact, inclusive leadership, and place-based innovation.
