Mr. Lafferty has thirty (30) years of diverse experience in information technology, corporate real estate management, corporate and municipal public relations, and program management. He has been employed with Comerica Bank for twentytwo (22) years. His skills include relationship management, supplier engagement, end-to-end product management, risk management, authoring internal and external communications, training and marketing collateral design, and building multiyear strategic roadmaps and financial models. He is highly effective at communicating across multiple constituencies, leading cross-functional teams to influence service outcomes, and is adept at steering adoption towards enterprise change objectives. Mr. Lafferty also excels at building positive and professional relationships with colleagues and customers. Mr. Lafferty also has ten (10) years of personnel management experience and has directed program, engineering, and operations teams.
