About Jonathan Krisko
I represent clients in complex, business-related litigation, which includes health care, government and regulatory investigations, class actions, technology and trade secrets and product liability matters. My experience includes complex trials, arbitrations and appeals in federal and state courts. I have represented a number of public and private companies and individuals in high-stakes contractual and commercial disputes. These include multiparty cases, and mass and class actions in federal court, the North Carolina Business Court, and bankruptcy court. In addition to representing clients in court, I regularly counsel business clients as general outside counsel, helping them develop legal and business strategies, manage risk and negotiate resolutions of business disputes. I also serve as co-chair of Robinson Bradshaw\'s litigation practice- I am admitted to practice law in North Carolina.
