During my sophomore and junior years, I participated in the Next Level Sports program, where I coached 3rd-grade flag football teams. Through this experience, I learned how to effectively manage a team, balance parental expectations with the abilities of the athletes, and ensure that everyone had the opportunity to play and have fun. While I did achieve winning records both seasons, that wasn\'t the ultimate goal.During my tenure as a coach, I observed children coming together as a team, supporting each other and prioritizing the team\'s success over individual achievements, which was a significant and thrilling development for 3rd graders. I also witnessed children stepping out of their comfort zones and discovering abilities they didn\'t know they possessed. Personally, I refined my leadership, communication, and management skills, which have proven invaluable in other endeavors I\'ve undertaken since then.
