After spending several years in the field of software support and software quality assurance, I began to focus on process. This lead me to wearing multiple hats. I had the opportunity to take on the role of Scrum Master for a number of different teams. During this time I received valuable on the job training as well as formal training in the world of Scrum.I have developed an intense passion for Scrum and want to see it succeed. While it is geared primarily toward software development, it has applications everywhere. I took this passion to a place where I could teach others about. I developed a 2 day Scrum Master Certification course for William George Associates where students had a 100% certification rate.
