Manage Internal Fleet Operations• Manage the transition from ICE to EV including identifying opportunities to reduce running costs whilst optimizing vehicle availability• OEM and Brand relationship management including attending launch events, staying up to date on latest models and ensuring that our fleet is benefiting from the latest advances in technology while also ensuring our in-house Leasing Team are up to speed• OEM Partnership opportunities to use our award-winning Electric Forecourts as showcase venues for their latest product offerings• Funder relationships and ensuring Credit Lines n place for Company Vehicle and Salary Sacrifice orders• Rental Vehicle accounts and management of ad-hoc requirements• Company Fleet and Trade Insurance policies• Ensure timely allocation, replenishment & operation of vehicle fleet• Develop & improve fleet management tools, processes & fleet visibility• Lead the coordination & implementation of vehicle assignments for Company Cars, Test Drive and Marketing / Sponsorship vehicles based on allocation requirements established with stakeholders to ensure optimized vehicle availability• Constantly strive to optimize vehicle usage. Define metrics, policies & operating procedures with goal of optimising vehicle usage, enabling sales, reducing costs & driving allocation efficiency• Drive accountability for successful implementation of Fleet recommendations through a wide variety of teams including individual business units• Be the point person for all internal stakeholders to drive fleet-related initiatives, coordinate timely follow-up and consolidate insights for best outcomes• Enforce administration standards & vehicle operating policies• Ensure vehicle compliance with corresponding regional regulations• Lead periodic physical inventory Fleet Audits• Support with everything from ad-hoc analyses to strategic initiatives through efficient fleet management
