As a Consulting Manager, I am responsible for assisting direct reports with their growth and development, maintaining high utilization across the team, and driving internal initiatives that allow us to work more effectively for our clients and to make MCA Connect and the Modern Platform Management team a fantastic place to work. The Consulting Manager function is in addition to my current day-to-day roles, continuing to work in a capacity as a Senior Consultant and the Service Desk Manager at MCA Connect. As a Senior Consultant, I work on large upgrade projects across platforms, process enhancements, and issue resolution and training across Modern Platform Management clients. I am also the Service Desk Manager, working to ensure break/fix and how-to cases, as well as customization requests, get assigned and worked toward resolution by members of the team.
