This initiative enabled seamless organization, delivery, and tracking of training programs for Trintech\'s workforce, resulting in over 400 e-learning course enrollments within the first week. • Utilize Camtasia and Articulate Rise 360 Storyline to design and develop engaging, learner-centric e-learning modules, instructional materials, videos, and guides, while integrating multimedia elements to enhance content comprehension and retention, thereby increasing learner engagement and knowledge retention. • Manage LMS administration (Schoox/UKG Pro Learning), overseeing user accounts, course enrollments, and system maintenance. • Played an integral role as a team member in successfully onboarding employees following a strategic acquisition, leveraging the HRIS system I implemented.
