Advisory Services is responsible for providing global compliance advice, client solutions and managing and administering special projects, including but not limited to: • multijurisdictional client requests regarding immigration strategies; • single or multi-jurisdiction queries involving complex industries (e.g, Sports, Media, and Entertainment); • immigration strategies in the context of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, complex/multi-jurisdictional matters and new market entries; •consultancy, including immigration/travel change management, immigration/travel policy development, immigration/travel policy benchmarking, government liaison services, talent mobility; and • compliance, including Brexit (UK-EU immigration/travel), posted workers, right-to-work guidance and White Papers.

ABOUT JONATHAN FETTING
I am highly-skilled and experienced corporate immigration process and compliance specialist with over 24 years of industry experience. A forward-thinking, solution-orientated leader, innovator, manager and fearless entrepreneur with a strong work ethic and a specialist in all spheres of immigration, including processes, regulatory advisory and compliance, with exposure to African markets and the global immigration industry at large. Having worked in senior consulting roles at Arthur Andersen (Andersen), KPMG and Deloitte, I went on to run two very successful immigration practices of my own - J Fetting & Associates and J Fetting Inc. and have now relocated to the U.S.A. and started a new role with Newland Chase as an Advisory Services Specialist. Passing all qualifying examinations, I maintained my legal registration as an Immigration Practitioner in good standing with the South African Ministry of Home Affairs throughout the years and studied law at the University of South Africa. I have fostered long-standing relationships with many of the world\'s largest global immigration law firms, immigration and relocation providers, having served as their trusted South African immigration partner of choice. I have contributed to various publications, including the International Comparative Legal Guide, and have been recognized and recommended as one of the leaders in the South African corporate immigration field by the prestigious Who’s Who Legal (WWL) for many years, including 2023. I am an intuitive and confident communicator, fluent in the languages of immigration, compliance and client service excellence with a proven successful track record managing large corporate engagements and projects spanning all major industries.
