As Sales Director at BMSteel and founder and owner of Herschel Infrared, I am driven by a passion for building lasting partnerships and delivering innovative solutions. My journey has been one of continuous evolution, from pioneering emerging technologies to championing the growth of GRP composites in the infrastructure sector.With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to lead in diverse roles that merge cutting-edge materials with practical, impactful applications. Founding Herschel Infrared, a world-leading brand in infrared heating, sharpened my skills in market development, customer-centric strategy, and technical sales. It also taught me the value of innovation and adaptability in a rapidly changing market.My fascination with composite materials began in 2015, and in 2017, I’ve dedicated my career to exploring how GRP and FRP composites can revolutionise industries. Today, I am proud to work across sectors like rail, energy, renewables, defence, and industrial, helping drive composite solutions to the forefront of mainstream construction.Throughout my career, my focus has been on understanding client needs, fostering innovation, and collaborating with forward-thinking teams to push boundaries. I remain dedicated to advancing composite materials, confident in their potential to shape the future of engineering and construction.
