ABOUT JONATHAN HORWELL

I HAVE WORKED IN EVENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIGN FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS AS A SENIOR DESIGNER AND DESIGN DIRECTOR. SPECIALISING IN LARGE PUBLIC EVENTS, CORPORATE EVENTS, PUBLIC FACING BRAND ACTIVATIONS, AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES. Before then I worked primarily in retail design, as a graphic designer, After gaining an understanding of the customer journey and consumer experience, I became a retail environment designer. I believe in creating simple, engaging experiences that talk to the right consumers in a language they understand, connecting brands and products to people HOW I WORK I bring ideas to life through visuals, concept generation and engaging storytelling. From a sketched idea to a full visualised experience and consumer journey. I can manage a design team, from concept generation and development to implementation and build on site. I have worked extensively within agencies, alongside Creative Directors, Technical and Production teams, bringing engaging experiences to life. Dealing with tight budgets and unmovable deadlines, you learn that working as a close team, supporting each other, is the key to creating a fun and professional working environment, that delivers great work.
