Providing operational, line management and financial leadership of a team of Tour Account Managers who are responsible for the executing the planning of School Sports Tours around the world to achieve best in class customer service within the relevant budget targets. I oversee 450-500 tours per year with our various sports partners including Manchester City, Manchester UTD, Spurs, Inter Milan, Valencia, Villareal, Bayern Munich and other sports clubs ensuring compliance, customer service, and accuracy.I am responsible for driving engagement and continuous improvement my team and the wider business and lead the operations team to ensure that employees are suitably recruited, trained, motivated, and communicated with, to deliver excellent standards of customer service, in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the various clubs.
