As the inaugural Director of Franchise Operations for Caribou Coffee, I hold accountability for the expansion and administration of all nascent franchise networks. My work crucially encompasses providing extensive support and guidance in infrastructure standup, inclusive of IT, Design, Procurement, Vendor Relationships, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Training, to ensure optimal outcomes for franchise locations. Through close collaboration with franchise owners, I facilitate the development and implementation of business strategies, policies, and procedures. I further perform comprehensive financial performance monitoring for each franchise location and report on the overall productivity of the franchise network to company leadership. In order to maintain quality management practices, my team of Franchise Business Consultants and I work closely to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and as a result, maintain a safe and fruitful franchise network.
