   Responsible for leading and coordinating the clinical planning for the Bioanalysis, Immunogenicity and Biomarkers (BIB) Department at GSK for both large and small molecule modalities. Work with key stakeholders across various scientific lab groups, Group Leaders, Bioanalytical External Study Monitors, Procurement, Study Team members (clinical/preclinical) and Project Representatives. Act as a central BIB contact for study/project teams for all planning activities (e.g, timelines, budgeting, contract execution, effort tracking, analytical plans), in accordance with study milestones and regulatory filings. Responsible for obtaining budget approval and contracting for BIB studies. Act as a Business Owner for outsourced studies and ensure that project level planning is reflective of resource and cost estimates. Responsible for the design and maintenance of accurate study tracking and critical timeline information using BIB systems. Provide strategic leadership, development, and direction for the Planning and Performance Specialist (PPS) team. Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring that facilities, staff, and procedures comply with relevant Health and Safety requirements. Provide leadership to ensure employees are developed to their maximum potential through effective feedback and coaching. Responsible for guiding development and maintenance of internal system to define workloads, analytical schedules, resource planning, key metrics for IVIVT leadership, red flags for data delivery and assay-related delays. Responsible for reporting BIB-related issues to IVIVT leadership team and monitor troubleshooting efforts/issue resolution.
