Passionate and results-driven with a proven track record of performing in fast-paced environments where precision and attention to detail are paramount. With 5 years of experience in finance I have developed a keen ability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate the results both written and verbally to cross-functional teams.My experience includes roles in Financial Reporting and Financial Planning and Analysis, enabling me to understand the whole finance function from recording journal entries to communication of results to senior leadership and investors. I am highly effective at working through complex requirements while understanding the overall impact.Throughout my career I have demonstrated an interest in professional development and continuous learning mainly by pursuing my Masters in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. The lessons learned in the classroom have proven to be beneficial in my development as an effective leader and decision-maker. As a former Student Athlete I understand the importance of accountability and collaboration. While competing on the Randolph-Macon College football team we won two conference championships, demonstrating the effectiveness of synthesizing individuals from various backgrounds to strive towards to the same goal. Outside of my professional experience, I enjoy being physically active by working out, playing golf and hanging out with my labrador retriever.
