I am Co-Chairman of Dorsey\'s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and a Trial Group partner in Dorsey\'s New York office. I have been practicing chiefly as a commercial, banking, publishing and securities litigator, but have also handled several complex transactional matters (M&A, commercial real estate sales and tax-driven corporate stock sales), as well as diverse trusts & estates administration and litigation matters. I also served as a Trustee of New York University, and I am a mediator in the Federal District Court in Manhattan and an advocate in both mediations and arbitrations.
