My career began in mobile device management and local application ownership, and over the years, it has grown into leading our Field Service Management (FSM) transformation across the Americas.Today, I’m responsible for modernizing our field service solution, bringing new tools, better processes, and a more intuitive experience to thousands of technicians and the teams who support them. I stay deep in the technical details, but the heart of my work is change management: helping people adopt new ways of working, simplifying what’s overly complex, and reshaping processes that are often harder to update than the technology itself.Having worked in the field, I understand the realities our frontline teams face. That experience, paired with a strategic background in IT management, helps me translate digital vision into practical, people-centered solutions that actually work in the real world.I’m energized by learning, collaboration, and environments where technology and operations meet.
