ABOUT JONATHAN HARRIS-MOSS

30 years\' experience working across complex multinational companies, I\'ve developed a sound understanding of the strategic, tactical and operational capabilities that make it succeed.In short, I help nurture order from ambiguity in a geopolitically complex world.I hold qualifications in governance, risk & compliance (ICA Diploma) and Project Management (APMP) and have played central roles in complex risk-based programmes. These include responsible business, international regulation, trade sanctions, ethics, pandemic response, business continuity, BREXIT risk planning, GDPR implementation and telco compliance. Within these, I\'ve a proven ability to define new business processes, create assurance frameworks and make business improvement opportunities happen. My enthusiasm to innovate is fuelled by my desire to be creative and I\'ve a passion for effective corporate decision making, problem solving and strong sales governance. I learn quickly and have an ability to pivot with gusto across a diverse range of disciplines. A diligent stakeholder eye helps me foster new relationships and I’ve an acute awareness of cultural behaviours that make organisations thrive. I love the thrill of working outside my comfort zones and have a lust for taking part in Marathon events that test and improve my resilience. This is matched with my interest in martial arts, where I\'ve achieved a 2nd Dan in Ju Jitsu. I\'m also a successful beekeeper.
