Part of the Global Services Implementation Leadership Team, responsible for the development, management and enablement of the SES Service Delivery Partner Eco-system, providing scalability with the adoption of a quality best practice framework. Offering Service Assurance across a broad scope of Implementation Services as part of a Managed Service Offering, whilst maintaining alignment to the wider business segment\'s ongoing requirements. In support of enablement across a range of external and internal audiences, the Head of Technical Training is responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of a robust training model that provides enduring support to the SES business. A pivotal role which has strong cross functional relationships with senior positions across Operations, Product Development and the Corporate SES Partner Programme. On a personal note I enjoy time spent with the family, my two bulldogs and most sports notably motor sports and football. I have a couple of motorbikes, enjoying the social activities and trips that biking has to offer, and love watching Donny Rovers FC on a weekend.
