About Jonathan Halas

Experienced engineering, manufacturing and supply chain professional who has worked for US, Asian and European companies. I have led operations in most parts of the world and as an expat, lived in Europe, Central America and Asia. I have had the opportunity to launch many factories and distribution centers around the world, as well as managed business offices supporting those sites. Using my Engineering education as a foundation, I have led Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Project Management teams. I\'ve worked with an extremely wide variety of products, technologies and manufacturing processes. Due to these broad technical skills, I am a strong problem solver and can coach/grow this skill set across the company.As a leader, I am adept at working through language and cultural barriers energizing employees at all levels to achieve common goals. My focus on leadership development, team building, world class manufacturing and LEAN techniques have enabled me to grow exceptionally high performing teams, across many product portfolios. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN facilitator. I have applied these skills in large, best in class operations as well as in small start-ups. Transitioning, right sizing or scaling operations are well honed skills.Personally, I consider myself entrepreneurial with respect to my leadership approach, an out of the box thinker. My hands-on approach, strong communication skills and organizational discipline enable me to drive companies to the next level.
