ABOUT JONATHAN HAIG

I believe marketing forms pieces of a puzzle upon which success can be built. I put these marketing puzzle pieces in their place. I am passionate about marketing and I love to inspire, support and work with a team around me in order to help to achieve our goals. Every vision and every goal can be achieved with planning, organization and above all, with passion. I have nearly 20 years’ experience working in business-to-business marketing communications and product marketing. I develop target group-oriented online and offline marketing strategies and concepts, manage complex projects, conduct market research and control and implementation of communication and marketing activities across the entire marketing mix. I have extensive experience of functional and disciplinary management and coordination of multiple national and international project teams, agencies and external service providers as well as full budget responsibility. The world is changing fast! The market and in particular (digital) marketing have become fluid and agile as a result of the rapid digitalisation of society. I develop, manage and implement digital marketing strategies. This included the research and further development of the Customer Journey, the identification and implementation of new digital tools and related process definitions. The project management involved the communication and coordination of the digital strategies with other business areas, units, teams and stakeholders. These activities require continuous fresh ideas, a high degree of organizational skills, customer orientation, teamwork, motivation and the ability, to see the activities come together to a complete solution.
