ABOUT JONATHAN GREY
I\'m a chemist with a PhD in Physics and hands-on experience in industry. My background spans both R&D and manufacturing in industrial settings, having led teams of scientists and engineers in delivering industrial R&D and TS & D projects, from lab-based proof of concepts to pilot scale-ups, commissioning and full-scale operation. I am a qualified project, and programme manager, and I am accustomed to developing strategy to enable delivery of time-sensitive projects at pace. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, specializing in manufacturing problem-solving, optimizing operational efficiency, and reducing waste. I\'m skilled in using real-time statistical data to improve process capability and asset reliability, which I\'ve used to deliver over £5m in savings to date.
