ABOUT JONATHAN JON GREENE

I’ve spent the last 15 years in the electrical and solar industries, and I’ve seen the work from every possible angle. I got my start in Industrial and Commerical Electrical work in factories, hospitals, and pubic works running conduit, pulling wire, and learning the blueprints from the ground up, before earning my Journeyman license. The \'boots on the ground\' experience and all the great mentors that I have had is what shaped me into the leader I am today.After years in on the solar coaster (as like everyone likes to call it) and being part of solar projects from the start to finish. I have worked on the O&M, QA/QC, commissioning and testing teams to help support and build utility-scale and DG sites. I moved into management, overseeing regional portfolios, and now serving as Director of LTSA. I’ve learned that the best operational strategies come from a deep understanding of both the equipment and the people in the field.My focus now is on building high-performing teams and managing the long-term contracts that keep our utility-scale assets performing at their peak. I still approach every challenge with a Journeyman’s mindset, ensuring that our technical precision translates into long-term success for the portfolios we manage.
