At every stage of my career — whether teaching in a studio, leading a consultancy team in Riyadh, or designing a new learning strategy — creativity has been my constant. It’s not a side skill; it’s the way I think, solve problems, and help organisations move forward.With over 30 years’ experience spanning education, consultancy, leadership, and the creative industries, I’ve built a career where imagination and logic work in partnership to turn challenges into opportunities. I’ve led transformations that are both human and measurable — shaping learning cultures, developing leaders, and designing frameworks that help people and organisations thrive.Most recently, as Head of Consultancy at The Professionals in Riyadh, I led organisational transformation programmes aligned to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 — partnering with ministries, PIF-backed ventures, and private enterprises to design practical, people-centred solutions. I developed the TP-PMF (The Professionals Project Management Framework) to align teams, governance, and delivery quality — proving that creativity, when applied strategically, is a powerful driver of performance and change.Before that, as COO at Oakwood International, I helped steer the company through to acquisition and digital transformation, turning traditional learning delivery into 100% online, high-impact programmes across the MENA region.Now, as CEO of Creative Focus, I bring all those experiences together — working independently with clients across education, business, and the creative sectors to design learning, leadership, and change solutions that connect strategy to imagination.I hold a Master’s in Learning & Teaching and a BEd Hons in Drama and Spoken Language and am a Certified MetaTeam Practitioner, helping organisations build collaborative, high-performing cultures.From actor to educator, from principal to consultant to CEO — my journey has been defined by creativity with purpose.
