Created a 3-statement model and monthly/quarterly reporting packages to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.• As the interim Director of FP & A, created a 26WCF model and P&L forecast for a $240M long-term care pharmacy that was experiencing a 25% decline in sales volume. Managed and mentored two FP & A staff members, and was retained by the P.E. sponsor for a variance analysis and financial forecast project.
