I am a Partner at Aitken Klee LLP and a trial lawyer with over a decade of experience involving patent infringement and validity proceedings. I have worked with clients in the pre-litigation context to help them understand their rights, and have represented clients throughout all litigation steps including trials and hearings before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
