Promoted to manage both the Infrastructure and Applications teams in the UK Business Units. This includes managing the support for 400 employees across 4 sites in the UK. My responsibilities;(including those noted below) • Management of the Infrastructure and Applications teams to deliver support to the UK business units. This includes the day to day planning, prioritising and overall management of both the Infrastructure and Applications teams. • Management of all UK improvement projects across both infrastructure and applications • Working with multiple stakeholders from Senior Management, to Group IT and employees from across the business to deliver an effective and efficient overall IT landscape
