Equity Partner at EY since 2017- Passionate about building relationships with clients, colleagues and alliance partners - Deep experience in managing international accounts as well as practice and people leadership positions responsible for more than people- 24 years of experience in Operations Consulting including living in London, New York and Warsaw- Personally leading projects in supply chain and global business services as well as enabling others to sell and deliver across multiple domains - Leading capability teams across Consulting including in Customer Experience, People & Change, Finance, Global Business Services, Task/Process Mining, Operational Excellence, Procurement, Digital Planning (APS), Manufacturing, Logistics, Business Transformation - Member of Consulting Executive Team with full P&L responsibility I currently hold three positions:1) Consulting Account Leader for our largest Consumer Products Account2) Lead Partner for our UK Supply Chain Team3) Global lead for Supply Chain AI Prior to EY I worked for Xerox and Accenture. I lived in London for 10 years, spent 4 years in New York and 10 years in Warsaw, Poland. I recently returned to the UK and now living in London. In Poland I founded the Supply Chain Consulting team and later the Global Business Services team and expanded it to over 150 people. I led the Business Consulting team since becoming a Partner in 2017 and have grew it to over 300 people. I also spent three years as “People Partner”, responsible for HR (over people) at the leadership level.
