My experience lies in the domestic US power markets.I have traded in most of the ISO markets (PJM, SERC, SPP, MISO, CISO, and ERCOT), bilateral markets (SERC, FRCC, WECC) as well as the financial markets. In an effort to be the best trader as possible through understanding market rules and how these markets work, I have become educated in policy matters within the power industry relating to regulatory oversight at the Federal level (FERC, CFTC, EPA), state level (PUCs, DEPs) and at the markets level. In an effort to not be left behind, I am also aware of the changing currents of the industry, by staying informed about where the industry is going. Whether that be revitalizing the nuclear fleet, developing distributed generation and micro grids, developing solar and wind power, or the rise of cheap gas and the waning of coal.
