I am part of the Business Consulting/ Technology Consulting team who are responsible for delivering complex ERP implementations across a range of industries and clients, specifically focussing on Finance enabled transformations.We collaborate closely with clients to ensure that we deliver a solution that enables organisations to unlock opportunities and value in data, processes and all fundamental elements that provide the foundation for a fit for purpose and sustainable ERP design in order to deliver wide scale transformation to clients.My role concentrates on SAP S/4 HANA and primarily involves the following activities- End-to-end solution architecture for Finance (S/4 FICO) and across the entire enterprise landscape (e.g. BW, SAC etc.)- Design of Enterprise Structure/ Data Model End-to-End (Record to Report, Order to Cash & Procure to Pay)- Lead large S/4 programmes managing teams onshore and offshore- Design of Finance processes across Record to Report and other areas of Finance- Implement SAP S/4 HANA Finance (greenfield/ bluefield/ brownfield)- Leverage new SAP methodologies as part of S/4 Implementation (e.g. Signavio)The extensive knowledge of Finance and significant experience in S/4 HANA from a functional standpoint puts me in the unique position of having the capability to bridge the technical world of S/4 to how the business use data to make decisions to deliver a sustainable ERP solution for a range of clients while also fostering talent across this area.
