I am a skilled and experienced corporate immigration compliance specialist with over 25 years of industry experience. A forward-thinking, solution-orientated leader, innovator, manager and fearless entrepreneur with a strong work ethic and a specialist in all spheres of immigration, including processes, regulatory advisory and compliance, with exposure to African markets and the global immigration industry at large. Having worked in senior consulting roles at Arthur Andersen (Andersen), KPMG and Deloitte, I went on to run two very successful immigration practices of my own - J Fetting & Associates and J Fetting Inc. and relocated to the U.S.A. in January 2023 and joined Newland Chase as a Senior Associate in its advisory team. Passing all qualifying examinations, I maintained my legal registration as an Immigration Practitioner in good standing with the South African Ministry of Home Affairs and studied law at the University of South Africa. I have contributed to various publications and have been recognized and recommended as one of the leaders in the South African corporate immigration field by the prestigious Who’s Who Legal (WWL).
