I am an intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in trademark portfolio development, management, maintenance, and enforcement, both in the U.S. and worldwide. My practice regularly includes: conducting clearance searches; prosecuting applications with the USPTO; coordinating with foreign counsel to register, enforce and maintain international trademark portfolios; monitoring domestic and international IP databases for conflicting and/or infringing uses of trademarks and other intellectual property; enforcing and protecting client\'s IP rights on e-commerce websites, social media platforms, and various other commercial marketplaces; and drafting IP agreements, DMCA Takedown Notices, IP guidelines and/or policies, etc. I advise clients on conceptualizing and developing brand identities, assessing and managing risk, monetizing IP assets, and formulating enforcement and protection strategies. I also have experience litigating infringement claims, conducting patent clearance searches, preparing patent application documents, establishing and protecting trade secrets, and obtaining and protecting copyrights.
