I work primarily across PCS to design and roll out enablement programmes, build sales playbooks, and lead strategic projects that support growth across the revenue org.I collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to make sure we’re aligned, especially when it comes to launching new products, pricing strategies, and turning data into actionable insights.I also help hire and train high-performing teams, and I’m hands-on in supporting the development of early-stage salespeople - making sure they’ve got the tools, confidence, and clarity to succeed.I care deeply about improving lives, especially in the adult social care sector, and I’m all about building strong foundations for growth - whether that’s through better processes, clearer communication, or smarter use of data.
