   B&A is a full service, full life-cycle enterprise software solutions integration firm providing results-oriented, value-based services for clients. B&A offers technology solutions: Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Legacy Systems Modernization / Custom Development, and Agile. B&A\'s enterprise strategy solutions team helps organizations optimize technology across their enterprise. Since August 2015, Mr. Evans has served as President of B&A. In June 2018, Mr. Evans assumed the role of B&A\'s Chief Executive Officer, in addition to his role as President. As President and CEO, he is responsible for managing the day-to- day activities of the organization, delivering against the strategic plan, improving revenue and market share, and overall growth of the company. As President, Mr. Evans has truly transformed B&A to operate more efficiently and effectively and ultimately to better serve its Government clients. Under Jonathan’s leadership, B&A has completely transformed its internal IT operating model, stood up a Research and Development (R&D) lab, obtained three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications, implemented a SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for Federal Contracting Opportunity Management, and deployed a SAP mobile-friendly timekeeping system with five custom applications. All of these projects support Mr. Evans’s vision of fostering a company with values and goals that align to Government initiatives such as cloud first and mobile first. As President and CEO, Mr. Evans works to ensure that B&A is not only innovative - as evidenced by the Research and Development Lab that was stood up to continuously explore new technologies and provide learning and development opportunities for B&A resources - but that it also has the processes, policies, and procedures in place to operate efficiently and effectively and provide the best possible service to its Government clients.
