The average deal size per customer is between $1M -$25M; complexity level is between low to medium. • Support 52 Relationship Managers throughout the Southwest Region (AZ, NV, UT) by producing timely underwriting memos to analyze and structure multi-million-dollar transactions as well as annual reviews of all credit and treasury products. • Part of the syndication deal team who lead and structured a $250M credit facility. • Perform post final credit report submission review of high-risk borrower template. • Evaluate company and/or guarantor financial position including leverage, key risk factors, sources of repayment, cash flow, and the ability to service debt as well as review all legal documents related to credit exposure. • Demonstrate a full understanding of a company’s management strength & weaknesses, and financial & operational performance to maximize overall risk management and assessment in addition to ensuring all covenants are met as well as conduct site visits. • Partner with senior portfolio managers to expand credit knowledge and shadow high complexity credit structures. • Complete Wells Fargo’s formal credit training.
