I love building pragmatic and purposeful technology solutions.I have broad exposure to the full Microsoft.NET technology stack and extensive experience (9+ years) with consulting and the software/systems development life cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Been hands-on with web development and service development/ETL, both front-end and back-end using MVC, web forms, JavaScript, and C#. Many of the applications I built have been successfully running in the public space for years, and there are businesses that rely on them to run their day-to-day operations.I thrive in a team environment by being calm under pressure, by always moving forward with a bias for action, and by making my teammates and team better through consensus-building, encouragement and empathy. I strongly believe in task/project ownership and accountability for myself and others. I am pragmatic, disciplined, focused on details, and strive to be consistent in words and actions. Totally dig AWS cloud technology and solving problems with it.Things I am learning about right now: Terraform, ChefTechnical areas of expertise is in web service/web application technology, requirements analysis, and relational databases such as MS SQL Server. Technology is \"continuous learning\" and \"continuous application\", and I am still learning and applying new things daily. Things I like: cloud-based services, software and system integration, web service APIs and service-oriented architecture, data acquisition and transformation, making people happy, automating stuff, the Oxford Comma, project documentation and business requirements analysis.
