The New Garde is a place where emerging designers and fashion businesses can receive end to end product development and marketing solutions that result in economic development. Dedicated to supporting local designers scale their businesses and creating jobs across Australian and USA with individualized support and mentoring by industry experts, community collaboration, access to resources, and event participation. In my role as a Freelance Content Writer, I am creating long form content like blogs and articles as well as short form content in the form of product descriptions.
ABOUT JONATHAN DUFFY
I am an Australian born stand up comedian, content writer and filmmaker based in Paris, France. I lived in Iceland from 2015 to 2020 and have dual British/Australian citizenship, as well as a French Carte de Sejour. As a writer, I have contributed to many online blogs and sites across various subjects. I am skilled in writing for SEO and freelance to companies doing precisely this. I\'m currently working as the lead content writer for Arctic Meta, a company that specialises in tailor-made marketing services. Within this role I regularly create articles and blogs that are optimised for SEO across a broad range of topics including; insurance, health, sales, education, travel, music, technology and cyber security. As a comedian and performer, I regularly host a multitude of events. I have written, produced and performed seven solo shows in Australia and Europe. I won \'Artist Choice\',\'Audience Choice\' and \'Outstanding Performance\' at the 2020 Reykjavik Fringe Festival for my solo show \'I\'m Tired.\' Outside of comedy and writing, my professional achievements include; co-directing \'Gegnum Dimman Dal\' a music video for Pall Oskar, which was nominated for video of the year 2016; creative director of the official Icelandic entry to Eurovision 2016; Co-writing \'Hera Björk - the Queen of Effing Everything\' and being invited to speak at Ted X Reykjavik 2016. I am also the Co-creator and writer of the first-ever Queer themed comic in Iceland\'s history,\'Bruce the Angry Bear.\'
