I manage a team of 4 credit controllers which requires coaching and motivation skills.My role includes setting monthly individual cash targets for the Credit Control team and then conduct a review at each month end to assess successes and failures.I have responsibility for an approximate debtor value of £17m each month and live accounts.Achieved the highest cash receipts in the firm’s history during 2016/2017 financial year oversaw the reduction of bad debt provisions down to £1m which was considered an exceptional result.Liaising with external auditors and various month end and yearend business reporting.Credit checking new clients and then liaising with Partners to agree the best way to limit credit risk.
