About Jonathan Demuth
I’m not your typical property management professional, and that’s kind of the point.Three years ago, I was a full-time real estate agent when a recruiter named Cecily convinced me to join Lewis Apartment Communities. I came in as a Leasing Consultant with zero property management experience, but I knew how to connect with people. In my first eight months, I secured more positive reviews than anyone on the residential side and won the 2023 Leasing Consultant of the Year award. Shortly after, I was accepted into the LEAD management program and promoted to Assistant Community Director at Linden Court in Rialto, where I lead a team of five.When I arrived, the property hadn’t received a Google review in forever…In six months, we’ve gotten close to 30 reviews, bumped our ORA score up a full point, and raised our Google rating by a point. My management philosophy is simple: understand your team, build trust, own your mistakes quickly, and focus on helping them move forward. If I make my team look good, I look good.Outside of work, I run PitBoss Kitchen, a meal prep business I started in November 2024. What began as a $20 profit same-day delivery has turned into 400+ orders in the first year while working full-time. I’ve done meal prep every weekend for 57 weeks straight.Before property management, I worked for Tesla, spent time at Prudential, earned my securities licenses, and even managed a small-town store as a teenager—turning it into a three-store, six-employee operation before I turned 18. I’ve always been someone who figures it out and makes things happen.Right now, I’m working toward managing my own property, scaling PitBoss Kitchen, and just got accepted to study computer science starting in January.
