Oversee full development lifecycle of 40+ financial applications (internal and from vendors).• Review 50+ annual PROD deployments, proactively identify and address risks to maintain business operations.• Manage multiple development squads: interview, coach, support, performance review, etc.• Produce estimates for new projects and initiatives, task breakdown and assignment.• Hands-on work on the most critical initiatives, ensuring goal achievement.• Swift resolution of critical incidents, sometimes in very creative ways, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.Systems include:• 7 FIX trading connections with a total throughput of over 20 Million messages per day.• Several dozens of databases, including a critical 10 Terabytes MySQL DB.• Multiple integration points with third-party systems, including Bloomberg, JPMorgan, UBS, CIRO (formerly IIROC), IBM ISM/OSS, and much more.• 100+ Git repos, 200+ Jobs, Workloads.Extremely diversified ecosystems: GitHub Copilot, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Windows servers, IIS farm, Java.Net, PHP, Azure Cloud, On-Prem infrastructure, Azure DevOps pipelines, Jenkins pipelines, MSSQL, MySQL and more.
