I lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers at Zurich Insurance in the UK, combining hands-on technical ability with leadership. As the data science team of Zurich UK, we apply state-of-the art machine learning and AI models to the business units throughout Zurich UK and the wider Zurich Group. Before working as a data scientist I was an astro-particle physics researcher for four years, working on the statistical analysis of data for rare events due to dark matter or neutrinos.
