ABOUT JONATHAN CROOKES
I am a banking lawyer, currently working at Norton Rose Fulbright in London. I have an extensive general finance practice with a strong focus on real estate finance, advising on a broad variety of multi-jurisdictional and domestic transactions.My experience includes acting for both sponsors and lenders on investment and development facilities in respect of various asset classes, ranging from offices to data centres. My experience also includes advising on the refinancing and restructuring of distressed assets.Prior to training as a solicitor, I studied Classics as an undergraduate at Trinity College, Cambridge (BA Hons, first class). I then studied law (graduate diploma in law and legal practice course) at the College of Law,(LLB Hons, first class).
