Strategic Network Planning as a Profession. This role is concerned with the professional development of Network Rail\'s Strategic Planning teams. I organise a range of training and best practice knowledge sharing events for the Strategic Planning community including the regular online Strategic Network Planning Forum. In particular, I organised the Strategic Planning Conference in Birmingham in March 2024. I have co-written and delivered two one-day training events in Birmingham and York covering Strategic Planning, utilising a variety of MBA level Strategy tools. I write regular briefing notes on topical matters and summaries of professional institute events which are circulated via the Strategic Network Planning Viva Engage page.
