I work closely with our Business Partners, consultants, and leadership team to plan, resource, and deliver projects that meet high standards and make a real difference for our clients.Day-to-day, that means everything from supporting sales conversations and shaping proposals to mentoring our consultants, managing client relationships, and stepping in when things need unblocking. I’m also part of the senior leadership team, helping drive company-wide improvements and supporting our amazing people to do their best work.I’m all about collaboration, clarity, and keeping things moving—while making sure everyone involved feels supported and set up for success.
